From the main street you can see the air-conditioned shop, to the right of it there is the entrance to the alley. Walk in, turn left and walk behind the aircon shop, there is a row of cooks for the shop cooking this. Walk through all of them and the petite old lady will be there at a corner cooking with 2 huge fans blowing at her. She's the one with the Michelin 2023. Ordering is simple, she has a menu with pictures, name and price for your reference.

The Guay Tiew Khua Gai - SUAN MA LI, is the original receipe (the one shown at the start of the vdo - the corner store, located between the other 2 stalls). Make sure to order at least 2 orders per person at once, because it will take a long time to get your second if you order them separately. I usually ordered the dry stir-fried. And yes, you will thank me, when you did.
