Italians make excellent food. But, someone please tell me what is the reason to cut 'sausage' along and cook it? It' becomes ground pork, nothing else.. Other guy throws frozen burgers on that 'grill' wrapped in plastic foil.. That's not Italian food, that's fast food garbage.
Watching this video someone just asked what is the reason to cut a sausage wide open answer is what type of sausage is it anyway but basically there is no reason as it will bleed and with that it's the flavor because you broke the casing which are the intestines of the pig or vessels which holds blood to the heart like humans look it up and you can educate yourself as it's free on Google Chrome
In this part of the video I visited Italy some 30 years ago because my girlfriend was living in FLORENCE and I never witnessed anything like in this video as Italy is not really known for high quality food on the world stage in comparison to French or Japanese cuisine and I traveled to Rome before I went back to NYC and going back to work but I enjoyed the vacation anyway and even here in the APPLE little Italy is only known to the tourists and not the locals near Canal street in lower MANHATTAN but if you look at little Italy menu's they basically are the same boring as they are overpriced and you can make your own pasta and sauce for a fraction of the cost so make it yourself as I have no respect for GREEK food either it does not interest me in the least but French and Japanese food are very expensive and not don't represent value like going to steak houses what a ripoff better you go to the supermarket buy and make it at home as I am a Chef by trade with experience and education knowing Multiple Cuisines because competition is fierce it's like a war but because I am CHINESE HAWAIIAN I lean towards Chinese cuisine as it's very vast in it's approach to food in general from HUNAN SCHUWAN MANDARIN AND CANTONESE TAIWAN AND HONG KONG then KOREAN JAPANESE PHILADELPHIA very vast and diversity as I am from Honolulu Hawaii but don't forget Chicago where the majority of Asians live and work the reason I lean towards Chinese food is the simple fact is it is recommended by many different people across the board and it's a fact just ask anyone and you will get your answer
