The first recipe that they showed is literally Turkish Chicken Doner.The sauce that they made with yoghurt,cucumbers and other stuff called "cacık" in Turkish.And it's in Turkish culture for centurys.The first one as they showed street food in Greece,it's actually Turkish street food.If you don't know or haven't seen any pitcures about doner/kebab or cacık,you can search it from Google or whatever you have around you as a searching device.I hope you guys who watched this video,won't get wrong ideas about it.

Recipe for CHICKEN GYROS Greek yogurt 2 cups lemon juice 1/4 cup 3/4 cup olive oil 1 TBSP salt 1 TBSP minced garlic 1 TBSP coriander 1 TBSPA Paprika 1 TBSP cumin 1/2 TSP cayenne 1 TSP cinnamon 1 TSP black pepper *Mix well* In a separate Bowl- 2LBS chicken thighs *Add the mixture in with the chicken* *cover and refrigerate 1 hour* In a separate Bowl- 1 cucumber *squeeze out cucumber juice* In a separate Bowl- 2 Cups Greek yogurt Add in cucumber 1 TBSP minced garlic 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 TBSP Dill 2 TBSP parsley Salt and pepper for taste *mix well* *stack chicken thigh* Bake 400*F (200*C) For 1 1/2 -2 hours Shred chicken and put on falallel
