That lime fruit is called “Kaffir Lime.” But If translated word for word. It’s call “funny orange.” The leaves and skins are more famous as one of our Country’s ingredients.

Me too, loht is my very very favorite dessert. The one I made is not the same as in Cambodia. Loht in srok Khmer is the best because everything use to make loht is very fresh. The palm sugar, coconut milk and young coconut meat. I need to stop!! Please come to visit our beautiful Country.
