She's obviously schizophrenic or suffering from severe PTSD....her speech and interaction is due to disassociative speech/ thoughts thats comes with her disorder...that why her conversations doesn't makes sense like her brother says. Her using is her self medicating. Her using is actually keeping her symptoms/ disorder at bay....like her brother said, her behavior is probably 10 times worse when she's not using.
Her brother I understand wants to protect his lil sister, but he needs help himself. I pray that they both get the greatly needed help especially her 🙏😔

Give the brother information on how to obtain her ss card birth certificate, he needs the steps to even get started.. we can see he wants to help but don’t know how 😢I’m in Texas but if I was there I’d get the application and help him feel it out.. the guy that owns the house can step up too.. but I’m guessing he may get high too! Dam she young and for sure need some real help. Not being funny but it’s sad and glad she got her brother around now though. You can tell she needs to be on medication and a good support system.. ghost you need to stay on top of this one!! I have faith you can do really good things and play a strong part in getting them better.
These interviews are important & so needed because understanding gives birth to compassion & through compassion things get done. I Pray the person heard the Brother clearly when he said he doesn't know where to start. Lead the way by doing whatever is needed because the maze of paperwork required, birth certificate, Social Security and such is too much for him to handle. I Pray the Interviewer makes this a personal mission to uplift these Siblings. BLESSINGS

Yeah I'm a '98 baby too. However it seems like 21 is the last milestone year in my life, after I turned 21 all the other ages don't matter too much and feel the same. That being said...I've always known my DOB with no hesitation. Your DOB never changes.

Greg everything happens for a reason! You met these 2, a brother and sister both struggling with an addict! The sister is as I could see it like a child ( mentally) 5-6 years old, "A Bab In The Woods" a lamb ready for a the wolves to devour! You are there to help rescue her! I know that you will help with the necessary steps to get this child to the right agencies to get her assistance. This I pray will happen and also the brother can start his journey of recovery in his life. She is NOT 23, she said her birthday was November 1998. She is 25....it's okay- she was definitely in the clouds... I had to come back n say- IT is heartbreaking to see this man stay in this addiction bc his regrets in life. He can CHANGE ALL THIS! If he can go to get some help( therapy or help of some kind) or at the minimum start NA/AA, he could change his whole life around. If he stays on it...he knows the kids are definitely not gonna have a relationship w him. Things that are as they are, will remain that way. If he stops all that hard, he can change his future, his BABIES FUTURE- He can be the father he saw himself being and get back to having a car or 2 and anything else he may regret losing. Man, I see so many of these interviews and I wish I could talk to some of the ppl in person. He is one. I really wish he could see himself changing and his potential future. She could too if she wanted it!

He it’s a very smart and honest man the pain physically had weighed him down he it’s a very strong man but before he can help his lil sis he has to help himself but he’s very determined I feel like that’s one of his problems he let other people problems weight on him and he loss his focus but he can change and I respect his honesty childhood trauma can really take you down believe me I know

it starts with nutrition, the healing, moving foward, trade the soda in for fresh fruit milk cheese sourdough bread toasted with butter, raw spinach, grits, water. Avoid meat when trying to clean up your life too , eat plenty and exercise regularly before you know it youll have so much health and energy wich will make any job barely phase you
