I only installed few important add-ons :) Seat Concept -upgraded seat engine skidplate -Husvarna original ,metal stornger brake pedal Enduristan Tornado 2 Duffles bag storage kit and air filter kit -Rade Garage clutch and engine carbon protectors larger and lower foot pegs Enduristan blizzard saddle bags closed handguards (installed) dongel -emission ECU canceler clutch slave with EDPM o-ring (installed) a must for desert traveling rear mounting rack (installed) rear U shape bag (installed) it’s ok for 2 bottles of 1.5 L or sandwiches and camera. I don't need the tower mounting or wind shield but I'll try ...-the list never ends with this machine.

I think I'm in love with this bike and the mods. I a huge KTM and Husky fan. Seriously no one could ask for more.

I've done a lot of research and the 701 ticks most of my boxes for my next bike. I will be buying that rally kit to go with it!!

Hello! Do you think the chain guard on top of the swingarm is necessary for a bike like this? I wonder since regular Enduro bikes don't have it, but the 690 / 701 does - do we need it? Thanks!

Any idea why they reduced the travel in the front? To me, that doesn't make any sense.

are you sure the rade garage air filter mod is street legal, cause I thought it's not (german TÜV).

Manuel, love your videos. I have a KTM690 which just blew a head gasket. I wasn't riding like a hooligan, just normal riding. My mechanic says the 690 just isn't designed to go all day on the highway. Any thoughts? Anything I can do to avoid this once I have my engine rebuilt? Just asking cos I see you talking about riding to Mongolia on your 701 which suggests you think the bike is capable of all day, long distance riding. You can't get to Mongolia without riding a few highways, I presume... I'd be grateful for any advice! Thanks

FYI Husqvarna discontinued the 701 LR in 2020 after recalling all sold one for chafing problem in the fuel line that can occure fire
