I respect Boddie but now looking back on this it was a poor decision to take Frank off and make a new list… Frank (Hella Quick) was their best racer and they should’ve respected his opinion. Cali sucked without Frank in there, it was their Loss… Hella Quick finished number 1 according to stats… he had the best win/loss record in that season of Fastest in America. Better than Boddie, Kye, JJ, everyone… And the new Season of small tire Fastest In America that just debuted shows that this new Team Cali is weak.
Still Bodie struggles to win, on the streets with what seems to be a competitive car. We now know its Juniors car, and his blue car has struggled a lot in NPK. Its not always about the money alone...

What you're all forgetting is that there would be no Team Cali without Boddie. That makes Boddie the Boss/Captain of the Ship. Frank was either invited or Frank asked to be on Boddie's California Street Outlaw Team that he was assembling. And just like in business, you cannot have one rotten apple in the basket, it will spread the Rot to the rest of the apples in the Basket. Boddie simply removed the Rot from his Team. Win or Lose he did it with the Team he wanted.
@@chadthomson2169 players are traded all the times from teams. It's not new, just new to drag racing, which was never a team sport to begin with. It a one on one the only team is the guys on your crew, they are the team. The rest of the guys are just other racers from the same state, half these guys wouldn't hang out together on a non race deal... In the end, Frank put it on the line... His way or the highway, Boddie simply chose the highway.
Then again... Boodie lost to Trica twice and been losing ever since. And Bowman wasn't any better than Leroy. Bowman isn't even street. Towed to the line and back down to his trailer after the race..

Bodie Big Mouth just killed his chances for a team win. I’m surprised at Frank though, should have responded to Bodie in someway. Frank is fast and bold, stood up for his brother and quit the team. I’d do the same, Fku Bodie is what he was thinking. Lot more fast cars in Cali than what Bodie is showing up with, hook up with them Frank and make your own team and the put Bodie in the third place.

Round 2 cry Kelly put his wife lizzy muse to race frank because he was too chicken shit to race frank and lose in front of millions of ppl (lizzy lost). They were both in the wrong. Bodie should have included Frank in a "team" meeting. Frank should have went to Bodie and said he felt disrespected he wasn't included in the meeting with the rest of the team. Sucks it ended up in a mess
