It would mean 2nd place still has 40 points and 3rd place still has 30rd... so 4th and 5th place making it to the final round would put them in 2nd or 3rd place. If 4th and 5th say lost second round then 2nd and 3rd that started today would still be in 2nd and 3rd place.
