Its a cool project, But its a stretch to say he 'cares' about people, he is making a living doing this and has become a pseudo celebrity. The people who care work behind the scenes actually helping people in need, and receive zero financial benefit for doing so.
i am one of a brandon stanton's fan. i love his pictures b/c the people he photographs allows him to see their humanity in the every day. every one has a story and if we stop to listen we hear what they're saying. but sadly we are always in a hurry...
