Street Running! WCOR, NS: Four Tri-axles on Chemung Street! 

Quite different to see an all EMD lineup on Chemung Street! Norfolk Southern SD70M and SD60E escorted two SD40s of the WCOR (Wellsboro & Corning) down Chemung, crossed Hamilton in Painted Post, NY, then headed for the Erwins yard with a string of tank cars hauling water.
