I don't think it's 1995. That year EDSA corridor was still vacant of MRT Construction, until around 1996. I was surprised that MRT-3 Taft Avenue and Guadalupe stations were already erected, back at 1995 it wasn't even up. Could be around 1999 or 2000.

I think this is not 1995. MRT-3 started its construction in 1997 and opened in 2001. This is more likely circa 2002 to 2004
