We overseas Pakistani never like NHS/DHA because Bahria has no comparison there is 100 times better infrastructure and facilities than NHS.I was living in Askari-4 from 2002 but last year when i visited Pakistan,i see many societies like Malir cantt,NHS and KDA scheme 1 but end up buying a property in Bahria town.

Brother you compare Audio to Alto Sir, In NHS the flat price is almost 7 crore in Behria the cost of flat 75 lacs, NHS is the most well located and well planned society specialty in security , recently behria failed in security issue. NHS is the place of elite class not for middle class.

@@adeelkhanofc Brother I'm talking about the infrastructure and facilities in which Bahria is much superior. like under ground wiring, filtered water plants, electricty backup dams, it's main jinnah avenue is 400 feet wide inspired by sheikh zaid road dubai.NHS is a small society where Bahria is a mega city designed by the british engineers. I'm a canadian citizen and in my canadian pakistani community most of the families prefer to live in Bahria because we don't like husle busle of main Karachi city.The residents of NHS or any other elite society need to go out but the residents of Bahria don't need to go out anywhere because everything is there 3 malls are under construction imtiaz is here and much more unlikely NHS residents needs to go out from the society for these facilities and they will experience the dirt of rest of the city. I'm happy that I've sold my 500 sq yards house from askari-4 in 8.4 crores and bought the same size villa in precinct-4 Bahria in 5.95 crore.In the end it's a personal choice and thanks for your reply sir.

@@adeelkhanofc plus you are comparing the price of flat which size is 3500 sq feet worth 7 crore with the 900 sq feet flat of Bahria worth 75-90 lakhs. The 4 bed flat having covered area of 2500 sq feet worth 2.5 crores in Bahria.
