this guy steven needs a honor for the people of blackpool owe this guy a lot i dont live in blackpool my self but every day he puts a video come rain or shine i follow his chanel and see all the videos he does and i know there is other you tubers like biker and co who flim in black pool too but steven is a cut above the others with the details he tells us what is going on and so forth the rough sides and good sides of blackpool and has shown us the progress of devolments in and around the town he has brightened up many a dull cold day with is humor and video edits which make me lol he shows the drongos of blackpool and the nice people who live and work in the town i dont write alot in most cases but this time i thought i whould do it big and say what i think and feel about steven and what he does he needs to be honored or something for he work helping us though cov19 and giveing us a wonderful insight in to one of the best places in the north west to vist and enjoy ur selfs nice one dude and thank you.

Always gives me a chuckle Stephen.....either the sirens start or the infamous beer monsters always make an appearance when you start filming....lol😅

My grandfather made hanrattys acquaintance when he was in Bedford prison. He was a prison officer. Hanratty went to meet his maker insisting that he was wrongly accused of rape & murder. Subsequent DNA testing years later, found him to be 100% guilty. I spent many a happy weekend in the 80's in Blackpool. Certainly is not what it used to be sadly. Always enjoy your vlogs Stephen, your a breath of fresh air chap.

What a great video Stephen, Central drive looks a very long busy road, but as much as there was a lot shops previously open, extremely sad to see lots boarded up. Maybe in time. It will be brought back to its former glory ! So the drive be busy once more. Oh my days, the sirens seem magnetised to you. Each time you or most time you start your video on its case of “ oh it’s going off in Blackpool” can just hear you saying it. Haha. You are a fantastic legend, and you know, who goes out in all weathers to bring us such b4illiantvideos, Everyone truly does appreciate it. another nice ride,when i used to drive there,i park near were Sainsbury is now or just oposire there was a car park all day for a pound and not many knew it was there as it always had plenty of room ,dont know if anyone remembered it ,i think it was still going while Sainsbury was being built so its not that long about 15 years ,do you know how long Sainsbury has been open

Back in the 60s, 70s n early 80s Central drive was buzzing.

The programme you recommended I believe I have watched; ambulance and police, people kicking off, very sad. Having similar weather in upstate New York, clear skies, warm, cold overnight. Still wearing shorts! Although I don't think for much longer. That carpark looks like a monstrosity! Don't like it at all! I don't think Blackpool will get the proposed 600,000+ visitors, I could be wrong. Thank you very much for the tour!

The smugglers rest hotel was once called the Gr8 hotel I think. I stayed there one Easter last min. This was 14 years ago. Worst hotel ever. Fighting screaming, showers were cold or not working. Cheap beds wire coat hangers no pillows Old tvs and remote not working. Lads sniffing poppers. Sombody threw a mattress out the window. It was wild and group's were getting thrown out every morning. I booked for 3 nights lol. It was funny to see lads getting told off and kicked out. Never again... ha.

That boarded up shop u passed on Central Drive used to be a catering shop back in the day selling bulky food. I also remember the joke shop next to the post office.

The simple problem with Central Drive was the closure of the Central Station hopefully when this new development is built it'll bring people back to the area & more people will reopen the shops around there 😊

Am I the only one who thinks that the coach station is an embarrassment to Blackpool. No building with a cafe, shop or nice toilets for people who are going on long journeys to places like London. Only a few bus shelters. Meanwhile they have a fantastic new building to park cars but nothing for coach passengers! Very interesting video Steve xxx

I think Blackpool Sights And Sounds did a video on the Smugglers hotel, he might be about to confirm the current situation on that hotel mate.

I don't think central drive is all that bad It has got a decent variety of shops. Those blackpool resort apartments on the corner look decent as well.

Don't see too much evidence of 'levelling up' in Central Drive.
