Streets of Rage 3 (Genesis) Cheats / Hidden Characters 

You can just hold B when beating Shiva to play as him to, Works in both versions of the game. :3

Don't need to hold up & B for Shiva, just hold B down on final hit until you hear a sound fx on the next stage. Can even press start to skip cutscene.

4:13 there is also a secrect room at the bottom of the floor. Just kick at the bottom

@wikicheat: you forgot 1 thing. there's another super chara; axel. choose axel at the first time chara select, and repeating pressing dirctn pad clockwise until round starts; let axel walk circling a bit first. and then, you can watch by press A.

In my opinion in all 3 games Sega really didn't care you can beat Streets of Rage 1 and 2 in any difficulty and you won't unlock anything same thing goes for Bare knuckle 3 and Streets of Rage 3 it should have been in streets Streets of Rage 1 if you beat the game on hard you will unlock skate but if you beat the game on very hard you will unlock Max Thunder in Streets of Rage 2 it should have been if you beat the whole game on very hard and save Adam then you will unlock him in Streets of Rage 3 stead of them giving us a damn kangaroo who by the way was the worst character in the game and Ash and Shiva who were both bad guys it should have been Adam and Max Thunder if you beat the game on normal and let the Chief of Police die you must go to City Hall and stop the Imposter and if you do you will unlock Max Thunder but if you beat it on hard you must beat robot y before the time Runs Out and if you do you will unlock Adam this would have been so much better in my opinion and that's why streetsof rage remake by bomber games is my favorite
