Awesome return for our beloved beat em up but we really needed *all* characters to have dash like Adam to give us better dodging ability, it wouldn't have been OP like SOR3 if devs thought that while deciding to not give run & roll to them. Otherwise, the game almost nailed it!

Anyone else love the background details? Like go back to the Commissioner fight. You can see a storm rolling in through the windows and the next stage is on a ship in a rainstorm. Noice
Streets of rage 4 is more arcade oriented, while River City Girls has other elements mixed like world exploration, leveling system, shops to buy items and moves,...etc. I personally like more SoR4.
i have noticed that a lot of the voice clips are different in this version. i have the Switch version of the anniversary edition and I definitely hear the difference
4 of those bosses you are fighting twice each in this game. The Diva one is just a color swap pallet with Beyo & Riha. Estel you fight twice. Commission twice because he aids Estel in the 2nd time you fight her. Then you go to fight the Mr. Y & X like 3 times in a row. Couldn't I have just fought them once each.
Awesome game but they butchered my boy Axel so badly in it both looks wise and general gameplay-wise. Was one of the weakest characters and not nearly as much fun as a lot of the others, which is a shame.
@@mrchillystarwars2967 It's not that he's playing on Easy, it's the way he spams the special attack, sacrificing loads of health, and missing half the time anyway.
Everything about this game is cheap and nasty! The original sor is utterly superior in every single way! So glad I got this game for free 😂 it's pure trash
