You got skills man I can blitz the game on normal never really thought about trying hard and hardest, there really is a big difference. Do you have to play on hardest to max the score?
I don't even remember playing the game on normal because nothing on it is too extreme on hardest. I just remember the enemies have much less health and you take less damage. So if all you want to do is to beat the game, I'd say doing it on hardest isn't a big deal. Just make sure to know how to fight some of the bosses that can make you lose a ton of lives if you don't, such as the fat guy and the twins. With enough lives left, you should be able to beat the final boss without having to study the game too much. As for your question, I don't really know. If I were to guess, I think it'd be possible on hard at least, but not sure about normal. You get less points after each level if you play on easier difficulty levels and I imagine there are less enemies as well, even though on hardest you already get the maximum amount of points a bit far from when you finish the game.
@@Adelnoir Thanks for the advice mate - you are right just tried a “very hard” run the difficulty is not that bad. Sadly didn’t get the 1cc, I lost too many lives not used to the damage output and died on Mr X (did the “right hand man” run and went back to stage 6 again) but I did max the score. Another try or two and I’ll get that run down I think 🙂👍 I agree about the bosses, never found anyone but the twins over challenging; the fat guy dodge his first fireball then it’s just “hug, knee, knee, repeat” as you do in the video.
@@Dessan01 Oh, from what you said you are actually experienced with the game already. Good job, it must be even easier for you. I recall needing so many attempts to get these 1cc runs, except with Adam as his flying kick is busted against normal enemies, reducing the game outcome's RNG a lot. Even though the max score is just a bonus; the real reason to play is for the right hand man route. And for the facts that you can get the max score far before the game ends, that the score limit isn't even 7-digit and that the two last digits aren't actual numbers (not changing from 999900 to 999999), it's pretty obvious that the developers made the route just as a joke for the player(s) who chose the wrong option... they never imagined players would actually replay the last few levels; they'd just expect they'd either lose all their remaining lives before they'd clear the game or that they'd turn off their console out of rage.
Yeah, that was a close one. xD I also have the ordinary Axel playthrough in the channel (not being sent back to Stage 6), in which I beat him having taken only one henchman punch if you wanna take a look. But like Vin Diesel says, it doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile, winning is winning. xD
