You're right, it does have that vibe. Considering that I played an unhealthy amount of Medieval 2 once, it makes me feel right at home.

I think the mono god factions all have the same music in battle but their campaign map themes are different.

@@emperormoisture218 Really? Have only played Tzeentch from Chaos so far, it sounds very.... mysterious? Not very Khorney. But maybe that was just those tracks in particular.

@@JB-xl2jc can confirm, I have played Nurgle, Khorne, and Tzeentch and they all share battle themes

@@emperormoisture218 so sad, why do they always do this for chaos? in wh2 WoC, Norsca and beastmen all have the same theme... I'm glad i have a music genre for every warhammer faction i play with heheheh

@@konradcurze8176 What factions had bad music? Some where more epic than others, on that I agree but I don't remember a faction with bad music. Well except the dwarfs and the fact that they don't have their own music 😔

I'm of the opinion that 1 didn't have a very memorable soundtrack, it wasn't bad but i didn't really care for it. 2 was better and had some stand outs among the High Elves and Tomb Kings but not much else. 3 However has proven to be a significant step up and already has the best soundtrack.

I do not recall hearing this from Rome 2. Though you are kind of right in a sense because the composer for Rome 2 is the composer for Total War Warhammer 3 from what I remember. Richard Beddow is his name. So the style is kind of there.
