I love how David is always injured. I don’t remember the last time he was healthy and he’s still somehow on top of the world. Literally showed his physique once and that’s all it took
@@MR12AMAZING also when you have children who are teenagers of your own who think they can attain a body like this through their "program" maybe you will realise, have a nice day 👍
That's a sign of horrible shoulder mobility ^^ It's not an achievement. You tend to see this with a ton of athletes who have large shoulders but don't specifically focus on keeping them mobile (as weightlifters would do). I also had this, to an extent, when I came back from my 1-2 year lockdown break. Couldn't properly front rack the bar bc I just sat around in bad positions, all day.
@@shemardefrei3476 Use bands and do full shoulder rotations from the front, to the back, start with light asf bands, to get the movement, then progress up. Had horrible shoulder mobility from judo training without proper stretching, sorted it out in a couple of months.
I love this as a powerlifter. I train for strength. it’s awesome to see guys that look how i want to doing a lift i do. Most i’ve done is 305 for push press.
The pound to kilogram conversion/equivalents are WAY OUT. 60kgs is 132lbs ... not 140lbs and it's the same for every other weight listed... there's a major disparity. Other than that, great video.
I heard Noah say 115 when he put the 2 15kg plates on. Normally they’re in pounds which doesn’t equal the kg plates exactly but he just assumed and I’m guessing that’s what everyone else did
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. While they were all impressive, the poundages were off. Two blues and a green on each side add up to either 265 or 264 depending on weather the bar is 45 lbs or 20 kg(44lbs).
it's what happens when always going for silly one rep maxes lol (unless your training is geared around powerlifting then its understandable, but then also training differently)
Imagine Dmitry Klokov. There’s video footage of him doing 225kg at 110-115kg bodyweight. Also Chingiz Mogushkov is on video doing 235kg, maybe 240kg (can’t remember).
I like how everyone is wearing a singlet except David Laid cus he's a sarm, goblin and has to have perfect pump and lighting for people to see him without a pump cover
David is a type of boy who organises and takes part in this kind of competitions but doesn't want to lose and always show himself like undefeated. He tends to use cheats too. It is not fair
I love how at the first weight, almost everyone had to push it with momentum through legs, while chris casually lifted it like its nothing only using arms XD
Good idea for a video and everyone involved has some serious strength! However, all of your kilogram conversions are off and some more than others. A couple examples are…80kg roughly equals 176lbs and 120kg roughly equals 264lbs…
