@@attainascend yeah it's probably because he use to game like 24/7 and got a bad posture from not sitting straight and slouching, It's an easy fix though just simple excercises, yoga and maybe sleep straight without a pillow will fix it in about a year or two.

@@jeffersowilson7936 Muscle doesn't weigh more than fat. It is much denser than fat but weighs the same. 1lb of feathers and 1lb of bricks weigh the same. A quick google search can tell you that.
@21LAzgoo we lol you clearly know nothing about fitness, when hes losing weight, hes in a caloric deficit and is unlikely to gain any strength during this period. Also, hes not turning fat to muscle you donut, he already has the muscle and now you can just see it as hes lost a lot of fat. During the cut he probably gained zero muscle or maybe lost some, he just looks better with lower bodyfat.
boxing strength doesn't equal bodybuilding strength. they train different parts of the body. like if a body builder fought jj he probably could not beat him.

kostampy yt are you stupid. Go do a plank it’s much harder to keep a straight back which is why over time when you’re struggling, your back curls a little making it easier

It's not just the lost weight, is the fact that he tries everything, he never say no to a challenge and most important he is there to say nice things to you when you are working out with him. He probably took so long, because he was debating whether to scrap the video all together, thanks to Charlie. Thankfully, he came up with the idea to do the voiceovers, if he hadn't you know he definitely would've scrapped it and ruined his ongoing streak.

@@liambarrett2638 What the hell you on about mate, you're supposed to have a straight back as you contract your rectus abdominis and thus working your transversus abdominis to keep your back straight. It's like when people use the belts too, that isn't helping your tranversus abdominis since the belt is doing all the working to keep the back straight. In my opinion Ethan needs to focus on building up all 4 areas of his core before lifting heavy weights unless there are medical reason stopping him from doing so then by all means use the belt.
there was the Sidemen Strength Challenge on JJ's channel 2 years ago that had both bench press and plank. I don't think Ethan did that badly, even with the fat he was carrying.
