I have been watching your videos now I’m going through my first dv it is the typical baby momma babydaddy drama sadly to say which I’m also new to the mother of my child came to my house on her own time with our child to talk about situations about my mother and bring up the fact I left her for someone else mind you my grandmother was home to witness all this she left my house and went to the police station snd file a charge for DV and a strangulation out of no where all because I am moving on now I can’t see my daughter coming up on court the prosecutor hasn’t even turned over the evidence or so called discovery which is odd because they have dismissed the strangulation which went to the grand jury so I would assume it’s the same evidence they would have to use for dv but needless to say as a new comer into this kind of thing what should I be worried about if anything at all
That’s because the courts are biased against men in favor of women. And they don’t really care if the women are lying. They would rather let women lie their asses off at the expense of men who are not violent to protect them against the ones who are. While perjury is technically a felony, no one ever gets prosecuted for it, so the net effect is that it harms the wrongly accused.
