I suffer from anxiety and hate it . I’m my own worst critic. I tell people that I’m closer to . Like my mom a few friends that I have. I’m also that friend that can help anyone with stress . Anxiety sucks

I know they say you should tell someone about someone who is having problems, but couldn't that embarrass the person? Also, you ever notice how in almost all of these videos, every time someone notices that something bad is happening to someone, they call it out kind of rudely? There isn't much politeness in these videos.
