I'm a longtime viewer, just rewatching your videos!... and I guess I had forgotten so many of these easy meals!!! I think I'm gonna do this meal prep. It's so easy & even though I'm retired, I have severe arthritis & I think this will help immensely, knowing I have a week's worth of meals already set aside. Thank you. ! 🩷
Don't apologize for making breakfasts. I love a good breakfast for lunch or dinner. Breakfast lends itself to high protein and budget freindly meals. And, they often reheat and freeze really well.

I love the breakfast bowls. They look great. Hashbrowns could be a substituted for biscuits if you had 2 potatoes that you could shred up.😊 I love this dollar tree breakfast.

Some of the YTers ive watched do it for 3 to 5 dollars a day. But those were a few years ago. Prices have risen. You seem so down to earth i would love to see what you might come up with
