Very entertaining as always! Once you worked out your perfect pass you were sorted, issue is length of road, the last few runs as the car passed you you lifted off, the car is still accelerating hard as it passes so an extra second longer on throttle and you’d definitely have seen a pb. When you take your car up to the stating point can you not take it further/ all the way up and use the slight bend for extra run? The sausage it excellent, chassis 👏
@@se-rc-uk yep, definitely not for the faint hearted, the other cars are grand on the corner but that dual was already doing 160 when it got to me so definitely difficult! Next time out go further down (as far as you possibly can) and go again, you’ll get a pb then. Even let it run on pass you a bit more, you’ve a good bit of road left to brake into. Perfect pass, if you turn to the left it will shorten your pull, turn to the right it will take longer to accelerate! The higher it’s geared you will need to further to the right, but if it’s only geared for 130 you could turn it to point straight up, or even to the small dot just to the left of straight up position. If the system cuts due to load then turn to the right until it gets a clean run. Also when making adjustments to perfect pass make sure batteries are disconnected and power is drained from system! Or it won’t change.
@@se-rc-uk last two runs you can hear rpm is still climbing, so more in it. Just because it says 100% out doesn’t mean it’s done accelerating, the momentum of the car going forward will allow it still build speed, so next time take as far up the road as possible, and bring a cone or something to use as a braking marking, watch where car eventually comes to a stop, then you will be able to let the car run on further after it passes you, you’ve loads of room left to brake, you just need a marking to judge when to brake. Pb next time out buddy!
@se-rc-uk awesome thanks. I found 1 on ebay. I'm fitting a 6S setup with TP4080 in mine. I do want to add You guys need to run those cars over a much much longer distance. I run mine over about 1.6km from one end to the other. Only once I started longer runs did my speeds pick up.
