The teacher on this video didn't further force to stretch his student if she's in troumendous pain, meaning this dance program is only for fun, you can quit if you want to. For the pro school, once you made your decision and you are accepted by the school, pain is a part of your life, or you quit the school.

All ballet dancers go through this kind of training, not all countries post the painful videos to save their image . No regular streching or workout can give such flexibility. This art form requires lot of pain n sacrifice
The amount of flexibility is part of our natural dna. Of course you can go a little bit farther but this can result into injuries cause its unnatural. I have met teens that do this naturally without any of this training.

Shut up! Ballet is originated from Europe, the stretching part is learned from European dancing schools. Do some research on ballet history and its training before your BS.
