A scene that has never happened since the steam era, Swanage Railway hosted one of their largest galas, with 8 locomotives, all of them being Pacifics built by Oliver Bulleid.
Representing the lineup was:
A quartet of Unrebuilt Light Pacifics;
34070 Manston,
34072 257 Squadron,
34081 92 Squadron, (Failed later on Saturday so limited footage on this locomotive),
34092 City of Wells.
A duo of Rebuilt Light Pacifics;
34028 Eddystone,
34053 Sir Keith Park, (Very recently returned to service following overhaul).
And finally a duo of the Larger Rebuilt Merchant Navy's;
35006 Peninsular & Oriental S.N. Co,
35018 British India Line.

Note: Less was filmed due to a medical incident, which is out of my control, but did cancel any shots between Corfe Castle and the River Frome.
