Strictly Come Dancing star under 'MORTAL THREAT' after 'MULTIPLE serious allegations' of trauma 

Young women these days are delicate flowers and can’t cope with hard work and criticism.

The Strictly dancers are like athletes and the pathetic women that have complained about the training should be ashamed. Poor little wallflowers, Amanda Abingdon and Laura Whitmore need to get a life. Giovanni is brilliant!!

Loads of the contestants on strictly have said they were covered in bruises, toe nails came off, trod on each others feet, got accidentally kicked or hit when they were in the wrong position, struggled to walk after some training days, and yet they weren't even partnered with Giovanni but Abbington complains her foot was trodden on. Also, the two women that are supporting Abbington who were contestants themselves seem like narcissists waiting for a compensation package. As for Gio's old professional partner, she said she put up with his behaviour for years (unbelievable, you weren't in a toxic marriage you just did professional dances together and if you weren't happy you could have walked any time) May be you're griping because you did apply for a professional role on strictly and were turned down and now you see your ex professional partner the most popular male on strictly? Plus, you say his behaviour was horrific yet you never reported it or dissolved the partnership and won't comment further or provide factual evidence. I think Gio is being set up as it seems some people want to get money out of the bbc or are narcissists.

This is all ridiculous. Dancing and learning to dance is hard work. If people don't want to do that, then don't accept to do the show.

They took thousands for their sore feet exhausted to destroy a mans life work etc because they they were worked to hard in a dancing competition what is they want is it compensation ... what???

Oh FFS, look at the lovely Rose who won strictly with Giovanni - she knew it was going to take hard work and is used to it coming from the EastEnders set. Too many people think life is virtual rather than real so they start whining that things are too hard. It has been documented rather a lot that Abigail (allegedly) suffered from depression long before joining Strictly. I would surmise that it was an unwise choice (from my professional standpoint) to place her in the line up with a maestro and perfectionist who wants to win - in my opinion that would put too much pressure on someone who has suffered/is suffering from depression. If you join a show that requires you to practice all the hours in the day, and some, then have a serious think about what that will mean for you physically, mentally and emotionally. It's a rollercoaster of an experience and I honestly think people need to be screened for their emotional and physical status before being invited onto the show. I'm not being an 'ist' person - I'm just still connected to what common sense means and I happen to be a 66 year old counselling psychologist with a bit of life experience. I'm not denigrating anyone but how wise is it for someone who's been through a divorce and depression to pair them with a maestro. Experts are commonly exacting in their work and with something like strictly they only want their partner to have the best experience. I think there is now a witch hunt on Giovanni and that concerns me. For the record, I'm not a huge Giovanni fan but I can appreciate the factors that make up a genius. Work with one and you are guaranteed to be shedding a tear or two. Unless of course we should incarcerate all the Genii of our time for being too exacting 🤔!!!!

You are not going to go on a show like strictly and come out unscathed. These women must have know this show will take both mental and physical challenges on them. Injury’s are part and parcel of of a show like Strictly. I find it ironic that partners are coming forward after the event. To me if there was an issue it should have been dealt with at the time not now. I hope all training footage was recorded for the investigation.

Of course there will be injuries. What do these women expect? Surely you take the chance when you join the team. All the women will start to fight for financial rewards now.

No need to amp up the hyperbole about the show being about what you consider fluff. This news item is about female aggression in the form of gossip, innuendo, and reputation destruction, mostly the latter. IMO, the action against Giovanni and Strictly is more evidence that the left destroys everything it touches.

This has only come around due to that actress that did not want to put in the work. She just wanted to complain! Some people with an ego should NEVER go on this show. They believe in their heads that, "I'm an actress or an actor "darling!" Get over yourselves! I will NOT be watching Strictly.🤷‍♀️

I think alot of people forget that the strictly dancers are all champions.....dancing is in their blood....winning is everything to them x I have a mate who is a dancer and danced from 2 years old to now in her late 40s with a dance school but in her younger days she had to compete against others for music videos ....tours and west end shows plus stints on cruise ships allsorts x It wasnt at all easy for her she lived a competitive life and it very much affected her private life too x Remember these dancers are training people usually with no or minimal experience plus the partners do have other jobs....the dancers dont so theyre entirely dedicated to the show and dance x Being yelled at isnt nice.....being made to go over and over choreography your not gettin must be hard....but its all about learning a new skill x If there is any violence or intimidation in those training rooms they have cameras.....show it and hold him accountable by all means x If not stop the witch hunt....weve all seen what can happen when someone in the public eye who actually cant cope with the villification does x Have people learnt nothing? Be kind x

The problem is that we would all like to be judge and jury. Debbie McGee was a dancer so knew how much she could push herself or be pushed. Then there are other people with no dance background who join but don’t realise that it might involve actual work. Then we have dance professional who might not be able to distinguish between the two types and attempt the same training techniques with both. Everyone wants to be a winner, some at any cost, or you would not join a show where it’s obvious the level of demand may involve injury to parts of the body that have never been used!

Pernice thinks he is God's gift for woman.

Giovanni has always been arrogant - in the dance world he has a bad reputation. There’s a reason he’s the only male pro with multiple allegations and none of the others have. The other pros distanced themselves away from him years ago, which is very telling. He’s rude and has an overly inflated ego, which is especially ironic considering he’s one of the weakest pros on the show. People need to educate themselves properly before blindly defending him 😂 I hope the allegations are investigated fully but I won’t be surprised if they’re true - he’s never maintained good relationships with any of his partners after the show, whilst most of the other pros do.

Pretty Shocking allegations. He needs a time out permanently from Strictly. You cannot treat people this way and get away with it.
