Train Operators were striking between Leytonstone - Epping / Hainault via Newb PK due to 8 drivers being requested to move from Hainault depot to Earl's Court on the District line, as there are too many drivers on the Central, which means some are being paid to sit around and may not have to work a shift. That's what the strikes have been about.

Its when workers refuse to work for reasons to try and disrupt service so they get what they want.
