Didn’t mean to upset you buddy when you call Dallas a troll that’s what upset me I like the guys music because he speaks from his heart and I’ve never heard any other singer saying shit like that but I think he’s a good looking guy he’s got balls to put that stuff out there like that I might be 68 years old but I’m not an old fart yet far from Alzheimer’s. @@UnpaidNugget Calling it a joke is kind of insulting, almost cruel in a way, to those of us who would have killed to have access to music that reflected our desires and/or our realities decades ago. I grew up in a time in which being bisexual was literally believed to be imaginary. That's a whole other level than being hated when people think you basically don't exist. I'm old enough, barely, that I never thought I would live long enough to see any of the changes in the US that happened, so when someone calls something you wanted to see or hear, which amounts to validation of our lives as gay and bi men, by quite a bit in cultural terms, and thinks of it as a joke, that's harsh to say the least. I don't think some people saying it are being purposely obtuse about it, but I can't help but think of it as a leveling of the cultural landscape after all the years of straight people singing or rapping about sex and love.
