Nah. These are homegrown robbers. They tend to live on the south and west sides. But also in Uptown and Rogers Park hoods. They are born and raised in Chicago. Their families have been in the US for about 400 years or so. They tend to be last in every measure of social mobility. They tend to have fatherless families. They tend to not do well in school. They tend to not have high paying jobs. They tend to whine about how unfair life is. While doing absolutely nothing to improve their own lives. They tend to blame other ethnic groups for their failures in life. They tend to commit a disproportionate amount of crime for such a small minority of people. They also tend to be coddled by the justice system, at least now they do.
