Music on the Bruce is a Summer Concert Series with classical music concerts held in Bruce Peninsula Communities. Sarah Pratt-Parsamian, founder and Artistic director of Music on the Bruce, has been bringing classical music to the Bruce Peninsula since the summer of 2021.

Some brief background info on these world class musicians who are generously bringing their talents to the Bruce:
🔸Sarah Pratt-Parsamian, originally from Listowel, Ontario, performs as a violinist with the New York City Ballet, and as a substitute with the Metropolitan opera and New York Philharmonic.
🔸Shane Kim, Toronto born violinist, has been a member of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra since 2012. He is also a founding member of the XIA String Quartet, which performs and gives master classes across Canada. He is a violin coach for the Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra.
🔸Cathy Anderson was Associate Principal Cello with the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony from 2007-2023. She performs regularly with Drayton Entertainment, and as a sub with the Stratford Symphony Orchestra. Cathy holds degrees from Wilfred Laurier University, and Yale University.
🔸Caitlyn Boyle, a member of the award-winning Cecilia String Quartet for over a decade, is currently the violist of the Isabel String Quartet, in residence at Queens University. She is a member of the Niagara Symphony Orchestra.
🔸Dominik Franken was born and raised in Germany, and is now a resident of Northern Bruce Peninsula. Dominik is the founder and director of Lion's Head Summer Music, a weeklong musical celebration.
