That guy is attractive. I believe that they were trying to get him to strip. It's a shame that they didn't respect that he was a painter. She seems like she was acting like he should do whatever she wanted. Also, $200 is ridiculous for someone to come to your house & teach & bring paint. She doesn't care about his time, it's a shame that the contract wasn't clear. I think that people trust people that they think have money , but rich people are often the stingiest people. I can guarantee that that guy wants nothing to do with future business with this woman. Hopefully, other vendors will stay clear of her.

Having a sip and paint private parties are so expensive. It's not possible to get it for $10/ person and ask him to bring everything, that sounds crazy to me. The guy won't be making any money!

In spite of all her husband's money, she is a very poor person. She should have tipped him 500 that he didn't go to the police for sexual harassment.

That's crazy. Why would he take $200 to host a sip and paint for 20 (+) people but he charges $35 per person in his own establishment? I know that only 12 guests painted, but it's difficult to get ADULTS to behave in a large setting. Then he had to travel there, that's gas and toll(?), he has to set up at her venue, even if it only takes 15 minutes and then she wasn't even there and he was welcoming her guests in. $320 is $100 less than the $420 she would have paid if they went to his establishment. smh

I have an interesting little story about contracts. I used to own a very small general store. I hired a young man who was just starting his handyman business to do a couple of basic things, painting, some minor woodworking, and installing a couple of lights. The light installation was nothing more than screwing lights to a wall. No electrical work involved. We had to wait for the lights to come in, but everything else was done. When the lights came in, two weeks after all the work was done, I called the contractor. He came down, did the work, and then asked to be paid. I told him, let's look at the contract. And I had already paid for the light installation in the contract. He agreed with me, installed the lights, and that was that. Had we not had a contract, he could have walked away without installing the lights. After that, I explain to him how important it was for him to have a contract for every single job. I also told him that if somebody wants more work, have a separate form called a change order so that you and the customer are clear the scope of the work and what you'll be paid.

The fact that the woman had to take a cheap shot at the plaintiff’s looks shows just how shallow and insecure she is. She may have a lot of money, but that’s all she’s got. Guys, this case is another reason to stay single and don’t ever get married! You don’t need the drama and the stress that goes with marriage and the eventual divorce. Who needs alimony payments, child support payments, bitter ex spouses, unruly stepchildren, bitter in-laws, and everything else that goes with it. You know what I’m talking about! I think she should do a brunette bob with curled layers. A matte face with a peach pink gloss and blush. No eyeliner but just a soft blend of neutral tones on her eye lids and concealer. The dress would be better if was pink with less of the ruffle effect. There's potential.

He's selling himself short. My niece is a typical spoiled office girl. They are treated like queens. Dunno why. Most of them are on the computer shopping for shoes. They had a similar office party with a waaaay less talented artist who was paid way better!

So, if a young woman was asked to stripped at an all male party, would she still find it funny? I'm sure she and everyone else would be appalled for the (hypothetical)girl. And she laughs at being at home while he was waiting around the party venue? That's not funny, that's rude AF. I've gone to these painting parties. They are expensive. It's not a party for strippers!! That's not the right setting for that. It's tacky. It's more mellow and the artists go around helping the guests plus it's weird for people not to paint because that's the whole purpose and there is nothing else to do.

$10 per person doesn't equate to $200 judge. He even said he adjusted his invoice for those who were ACTUALLY painting. The moment she saw that he sent the woman a picture with his shirt off she was ruling against him and she made that evident which is why she immediatly went into complimenting his painting skills to detract from the fact that she took issue.
