Just a quick test of our setup. We are getting a new sofa, and this one was ripped, so we decided to disassemble it ready to take to the tip. It is sped up as otherwise it would be 15 minutes of pure boredom (even though this is almost 2 minutes of your life wasted that you will never get back).
So enjoy...

Thank you for this video! I have an old sofa that cannot fit through my door (door was replaced several years ago) the newer door is much smaller (35 inches vs 37 inch sofa). I'm so tired of this sofa 1990s era sofa, so dismantling it tomorrow! This video helps me a lot to understand the best way to do it!

I love the ending haha. I stripped my 2 seater but its nail gunned in nog screwed so left with a frame. Got a 3 seater to go tommorow using scissors a screwdriver hammer and a blunt carpet knife 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🥺just want it done lol

A sawzall would make this job a breeze. I gotta do this to mine because I don’t have someone to help me carry my super heavy sofa. It’s gotta weight 200 pounds. It’s an old old old recliner 100 inch long sofa.
