Because genetically some are descendants of slaves who survived because they didn’t need much salt and water during their long voyages… they now need to reduce or avoid excess salt to keep BP normal compared to others who don’t have that genetic issue who need salt to prevent dehydration and low BP.
I ABSOLUTELY Disagree with the eating low saturated fat and eat a diet rich in vegetable and fruits. Like seriously? ALL Mammalian Animals in Nature Eat a Diet that is HIGH in saturated animal Fat and cholesterol and LOW in fruits. Herbivores have gut bacteria that can convert fiber into saturated animal fat and animal protein. This is why Cows eat grass all day long but are not made of grass. They are made of animal fat and animal protein. Vegetables do not exist in nature because they are man made plant foods because we cannot eat wild plants like a real herbivore can. The diet that the medical association recommends is WHAT causes stroke because they are very high in GRAINS, and PLANT OILS, WHICH ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS IN NATURE EAT. Even the wild fruits that wild animals have access to are LOW IN SUGAR. What animal would you feed a diet that is high in grains and sugar bomb fruit (like a banana) to. I cannot think of any mammalian animals that I would feed a diet that you guys recommend to. No wonder it is the 5th leading cause of death, despite all the recommendation. BECAUSE the RECOMMENDATION IS !@#$ing WRONG.
