I'm really touched that my video brought up such strong emotions for you. It's amazing how music and visuals can transport us back in time and make us long for the places we hold dear. I can only imagine how much you must miss Iran, especially being so far away in San Jose. If there's anything specific you'd like to see or hear that might bring a piece of home closer to you, feel free to let me know. Wishing you comfort and warm memories, no matter where you are. 🖤

Hello! Thank you so much for your kind words and interest in Iran. I'm glad you enjoyed the video! It's wonderful to hear that! Iran is indeed a beautiful country with a rich history and warm, welcoming people. Regarding the mandatory hijab in Iran, I must say that government enforcement has been decreasing year by year. The reason is that they can't stand against the wishes of the people. With the spread of the internet, many traditional beliefs and customs are undergoing changes. This trend is more prominent in major cities like Tehran, Isfahan, and Shiraz. Last year, a significant clash between the people and the government took place for this very reason, which you may have heard about. Currently, in terms of mandatory hijab, the government is exerting less pressure on the people. In these cities, you can go without a headscarf like everyone else, and no one will bother you specially as a tourist. However, in smaller and more remote cities, even the people themselves and supporters of the government are in favor of the mandatory hijab law. Subscribe to my channel, and in a few days, I'll be uploading videos from various bazaars in Tehran where you can see that clearly. If you do plan to visit Iran, I'm sure you'll find the experience to be incredibly enriching. The country has so much to offer in terms of history, architecture, cuisine, and the warmth of its people. I hope you have a fantastic trip whenever you decide to go! 😊🌸🇮🇷

@@visitera Thank you for your warm and friendly answer. These things are good to know. I always wanted to travel to Iran, but my family didn't allow me because they thought it was dangerous for women and girls, and even worse with hijab. But Iran should really be seen. And yes, I heard all the news about Iran. I hope the good people of Iran live in prosperity, health and peace....💖🇮🇷🙏🏻🥰..

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns. It's completely understandable that safety is a top priority for you and your family. It's worth noting that Iran, like any country, has its complexities, but it's also a place of incredible beauty, history, and warm-hearted people. In recent years, there have been positive shifts towards greater openness and safety for visitors, especially in major cities. As with any travel, it's important to stay informed and take necessary precautions. Many female travelers have had enriching experiences exploring Iran. I truly hope that one day you'll have the opportunity to experience the wonders of Iran for yourself. Wishing you and your family prosperity, health, and peace too. If you have any more questions or need further information, feel free to ask.

Saludos querido amigo(a).

Me encantó! Excelente video! Ahora, te digo, me iría a vivir a Iran. No sé. Bueno.

Puedes viajar a Irán.

Hello from Australia, Thank you for your answer, as l wanted to know too, why many young and middle aged women do not wear the hijab, as l saw it in many other Iranian Walking tours too. So, what happened, if they get caught not complying with the custom❓Why was the girl murdered by the police❓And is there only one religion Shiite allowed, or can there be others like Christians, or Zoroastrians, which was the ancient religion of Persia (Iran). When the Arabs settled in Iran, and brought Islam, how did they mix with the original population of Persia. How is it today, as it looks like it’s a mixture of all ethnic groups in Iran. But when l read the comments of Iranians who immigrated to other countries like the USA, they complain about the regime, and Mullahs. Sorry, l don’t know, what Mullahs are? When l watch my independent geopolitical channels, the report, that Iran joined BRICS, China will rebuild/repair the Khomeini Airport, and Iran gets help against the decade long sanctions of the West from Russia, and China. I think, BRICS will help Iran to get back to business, as no US dollars needed, they can trade with the BRICS countries in their own currency. I also heard, that Iran and USA made an agreement to exchange prisoner, and give Iran the stolen money back, but after Iran released the US prisoners, they did not comply, did not give the money back belonging to Iran??? Is not there some good in your Government? I just ponder. Because of all the beautiful videos l saw about Iranian landscapes, waterfalls, historic sites, the friendly educated people, the nomads, the village people with a wealth of knowledge, how people lived in the past, the dynasties...l wanted to visit next year, on my way home to Europe, but the requirements for a visa are to complicated, we don’t have an Iranian Consulate in Melbourne, are obliged to apply online to Canberra, and as l said, l can’t fulfil some of the requirements. I am still German living permanently in Australia, my adopted country. Yesterday l ate an Iranian meal in Melbourne City called “Fars Food”. It was delicious. Thank you, stay safe, healthy, and prosperous. Greetings, J. ❤

Hello J, Thank you for your thoughtful message and for sharing your interest in Iran. I'll do my best to address your questions While the official dress code in Iran requires women to wear a hijab, many young and middle-aged women choose not to comply with this custom, especially in more urban areas. Enforcement can vary, and while some might receive warnings or fines, others may face more serious consequences. It's a complex issue with differing experiences for different individuals. Everything is complicated in Iran, including the hijab issue... "Mahsa Amini" was arrested for not wearing a hijab, and those who are arrested for this reason are required to attend a training session where they are given explanations about why they should observe the hijab, including its benefits. Once individuals commit to adhering to the hijab, they are released on the same day. Many people have been frustrated for years with this mandatory requirement and do not support it. During Mahsa Amini's training, she suffered a stroke. Some believed she was forcibly arrested by the police and that her head was struck during the arrest. Others believed it was just an unfortunate incident that happened at the police station. Some think her brain injury was not caused by a physical blow to her head and that she had a prior medical history. The police did not accept responsibility for Mahsa Amini's death and stated that there was no physical altercation with her. While it's possible that the police did not physically harm Mahsa, videos of other individuals clashing with the police over not wearing the hijab and the police resorting to force had spread on social media before. This was just the beginning of the story. People were already very angry, and this incident ignited a tragedy. Perhaps, as the government stated, Mahsa indeed suffered a stroke by chance. But during the ensuing protests, the police responded very harshly, and in their efforts to suppress the protests, other people were killed. The government shut down the internet in the entire country and people became more angry. This issue is really complex and can't be fully addressed in a comment. Iran is home to various religious groups, including Shi'a Islam, Sunni Islam, Christianity, Zoroastrianism, and others. While the majority of the population is Shi'a Muslim, there are religious minorities who practice their faith freely. But you need to keep this point in mind, If you have a religion other than Shia Islam, you cannot be employed in government offices. The Arab conquest of Persia in the 7th century led to a significant cultural and religious shift. Over time, a fusion of Arab and Persian cultures occurred, influencing language, architecture, and religious practices. it's now a full mixed :)) Iranians have differing opinions about the government and religious leadership. It's important to remember that perspectives on political matters can be deeply personal and shaped by a range of experiences. A "Mullah" is a Muslim religious leader or cleric, typically within the context of Shi'a Islam. Iran's international relationships and economic strategies are complex. Joining BRICS and receiving support from China and Russia are indeed notable developments, and they play a role in Iran's economic and geopolitical landscape. I'm aware that there have been complex negotiations between Iran and the USA in the past. The details of these exchanges can be intricate and may involve political considerations that aren't always transparent. It's wonderful to hear that you're drawn to the rich history and diverse landscapes of Iran. I hope you get the opportunity to visit in the future. If you have any more questions or need further information, feel free to ask. Wishing you safe and prosperous travels! Warm regards, Visitera

Hello, thank you for the comment you posted. I think we Iranians understand very well that the media doesn't show all the realities and that content is often purposefully constructed. About the people of Iran, I must say that they are very hospitable. They are warm-hearted, but unfortunately, because there are not many tourists coming to Iran, they might not know how to properly interact with a tourist. Since tourists and foreigners in Iran are rare, when you walk on the streets, people may stare at you, and this could be uncomfortable for a tourist. However, it's important to remember that the reason for these stares is not that they have a problem with you; it's because seeing a non-Iranian is a new experience for them! Just talk to them to understand how happy they are with your presence in the country, and they would love for you to have a good time. They might even invite you to their homes for tea or a meal. There are videos made on this topic that I recommend you watch: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5TWNXneUrMY.html&ab_channel=PeterSantenello

Some of the things media says are actually right and some are exaddurated. It is not only the western media, some Iranians who seek refugee in western countries try to exaddurate the facts claiming they might get killed for being gay or Christian! For us, Iranians, a big percentage of us wants to immigrate because of the problems we see and we think can not be fixed, like: corruption, mismanagement, unelected officials and managers, lack of some freedoms, the law is not implemented equally, the damage to environment, bad relations with neighbours, very high inflation, lack of jobs, no financial connection with international banking system, rules change over the night, ....etc

The Name of the Country IRI must be changed to the Republic of Persia by the September-October of 2024! And the Official Religion of the Republic of Iran must changed from the arabic islam to the Persian Zoroastrinism! Good Thoughts! Good Words! Good Deeds!

Boycotts are disgraceful. When you get to go shopping in this life time, how many opportunities will you have?

if you're referring to the severance of trade relations between Iran and Europe or the United States, it's worth mentioning that it's quite peculiar. Some products from these countries exist in Iran, and many of them are not available. Some items are also illegally smuggled into Iran. However, due to the lack of official stores for most brands and the absence of after-sales services, we often face difficulties in purchasing. For example, European and American cars are not found in Iran, as the car market is flooded with Chinese cars. Similarly, you can't easily buy shoes or clothing from brands like Adidas and Nike with peace of mind because there is no official store, and a significant amount of counterfeit goods enter the country. In general, we encounter challenges in buying such items.

Do women in Iran have to wear a hair cover or is it not necessary?
@visitera
@visitera 9 месяцев назад
In Iran, women are required to wear a headscarf, known as a hijab, in public places. However, some choose not to fully adhere to this dress code, and enforcement can vary.
