Flo mentioned in another video that he either goes hard or backs off, no in between. I’ve found that very helpful and have been applying it to my routine during my intention. Don’t always push yourself so you hate the yoga but appreciate the process of getting stronger. Great class would love longer ones.

I have been looking for challenging yoga routines, without the arm balances, and this was perfect. I loved the flows of movement. Yoga flows like these enable me to improve mobility as well, while building strength. I am actually shaking after this routine. Looking forward to improving and doing this flow perfectly, and also to other workouts like these! Appreciate all the work you put in! I am really starting to appreciate yoga. It centers me. I enjoy the experience of not having to think, and just being guided through things. It feels alot les stressful than workouts you have keep track of. And yoga prepares me for other challenges of the day. It feels like meditation, with the added benefit of getting stronger every time you do it. Which, I believe your or Bre have said before haha. The whole act is about focusing on the breath, both in the most challenging parts, and in the resting parts. This has been an amazing journey. I haven't done this practice in a while. But I always find this one to be the most therapeutic. Especially for the legs. This targets areas of the legs that carry all of the tension in the groin, lower back and hamstrings.
this was my first experience of your classes! it was wonderful! stiff at almost 50, so added a few vinyassas in the beginning! what a lovely sequence! thank you thank thank you! and to your teachers - i thank them! i look forward to exploring your well organized you tube channel and sharing with friends!

I have a great deal of gratitude after taking your class. I am so very thankful you guys decided to start this channel. **Also I must say after reading some of the comments people of all kinds are being challenged by this work and I say keep moving forward. I thought I was fairly limber before starting yoga. I am not. But the beautiful aspect of life is getting out and taking one step into that uncomfortable area. Focus on the step and not the staircase. Embrace the challenge (Friction) as it provides growth.
Highly recommend. Clear instructions and no confusion about what side I'm using or where hands/feet/legs/etc. need to be. A challenge but not too hard.
