Great video, thanks. Our beer-league team suffers from not doing this. The forwards (me) don't come low enough to catch a tape-to-tape pass, and so the D plays it around the boards, often times the puck skipping past for a quick turnover.

It is good that you show for lefty and righty players.

Is this only once you're absolutely sure your D has control of the puck? The winger leaves the opposing D wide open by coming down by the hashmarks no?
