Yeah me too. Especially when i know that i would have probably won every single kid in my weight division. I've won many fit gym dudes that range from 15 to 25 kg more body weight than me. Im 16 and have even won fit 30 year old that weighs 20 kg more than me.

Weight .. life if you want to go for 50KG category , you can be maximum 53.. As far as I remember.. but also depends on the type of tournament or by which association the tournament is being held.
Armwrestling is a perfekt way to built up strenghts. What we can see today is that when it comes to kids and young people they sit very much in the school and on their speartime in front of the computers, so its necessary for them to find a form of training and armwrestling is allroundtraining because its deal about strenghts and technique and if you can combine the armwrestlingtraining with cardio and other strenghts exercises then its good. Some boys in the movie have very big and strong hands and thats a good thing in armwrestling. Much biogger than mine. So its only to keep practicing and good luck.
Great video. 50 years ago as a child I Arm Wrestled in the Disability Division.. In the last year I have had kindney issues and operations on my right hand side. As a near 60 year old I have been told not to Arm Wrestle in full but may be a light pull me push me with some fitness women.i have been disabled since birth the fitness women who would like to help me are able-bodied. Can I ask would that be safe? Thanks.
