Because he’s an amazing human in general. He’s insanely strong and performed like no one other, but he’s very humble and friendly and just a good human, he encourages everyone to do his best, and even is pushing his competitors for a good fight. Everyone loves him because he is who he is.
@@BackwardsJohnsCreations meant like as in he cant grow a full beard, but honestly he has an iconic look and isnt like all of these other copy pasted bearded strongmen
Mooooose! Wow it has been a pleasure watching you this year. All the strong men participants deserve a round of applause and more money for their hard work!
Will the current crop catch the frontrunner or will it be strength athletes who aren’t in the sport yet who begin to operate at this level. I think the latter. Fitness permitting, it’s hard to see who can close a gap that’s still widening.
I really don’t like the timer counting down. I know many of the world record times and I’d like to see it real time rather than having to do math in my head 😅
Mark Felix (56) and Iron Biby were not participating in the entire competition, only going for the world record in the Hercules hold, which is why they are not included in the score. It would not be fair to compare other athletes who are competing in multiple events and thus have to be judicious with their exertion at each event vs. athletes competing in only one event. Same thing with the log or deadlift world record attempts during these competitions.
Not taking away anything from Mitch, at all. But i believe the competition is not as it used to be. The fact that Mitch 'dominates' contests can be 2 things: 1. Mitch is really really strong like superman and no one can touch him. 2. The competition is simply not at the level at it used to be, for a meriad of reasons. I believe its reason no 2.
What great performances from the athletes. And a excellent narration from Mr.Hopper in this video. Giants live has a way with making everyone happy and involved.
mitch is arnolds winner, giants winner, strongest man on earth winner this year...as well as worlds strongest man last year....beating tom multiple times this year and last year.
10:15 why isnt the guy who won the Hercules event listed? His time was over 1:30 but his time is not on the board. But I guess that would mean Hooper didn't dominate EVERY event so let's just sweep that under the rug
He needs to compete more to prove this. You can't claim that without competing with the best in the world. If Thor starts winning as consistently as Mitch, I will concede that title but until then we need to give Mitch his flowers. You are only showing your bias.
@@schulme123 Dont be so sensitive nancy, this was a mere observation as the others seem to lock it out with a more straight upperbody. which is a bit harder to do.
