But are they any good with it is the question. I cobbled together this build just from all the stuff I hoard and went in missing perks and annilihated people with no shirking heals, none of the leeching gem's just the regular ones. The build is very strong if played right, it's stupid deadly when fully kitted out. People will see this build and roll with it, but if they're not into the playstyle etc it wont perform and say the game is broken. I even won a 3v1 in arena. Now I'm working on getting the BIS items because I feel bow is just broken now and I've done the skitzo life so sns is old hat for me.
Just tried this build without the shirking heals and leechin, instead using shirking fort and refresh/freedom and spear perks , this build slaps and is fun to play too.
Hey toriku you make the best build guides, so in-depth and always love the theory crafting of weird builds. I've got one that I've been thinking of put haven't put into play yet. I've been thinking of making a throwing hatchet/VG build where I play around social distancing and tether as the changes have made them great now. With having max cd on dis throw for the root and having tether constantly slowing, empowering and healing, I would also run voidblade and scream for the constant harass, disease. What do you think ? Is this something worth looking at?
Bro someone in CoS was using that exact build a couple days ago, while I find the VG/BB more dangerous the hatchet can be cool too. Remember the tether doesn't petma slow is just the first 3-4 secs.
nice vid, build and gear, keep it up. I have been using this for like 1 year, its so much better now with cyclone buffs. Something I find important and adds up a lot. Once you double dodge back and create some room, pre charge a heavy if you intend to fight em. It goes really far, most people wont expect it and they either eat it for some nice damage or burn a dodge. Since you can animation cancel it its worth getting it into your muscle memory. I still havent figured out cyclone healing formula tho. I assume it is affected by empowers (and maybe sacred ground healing bonus as well) and by the % bonus damage (right ultimate) but im not sure, gotta test more. For sure its not as simple as the tooltip indicates, I have hit 7.5k healing once one with cyclone hitting 4 ppl standing on a sacred ground. Give it a shot when you have a chance, your sustain will be even better. ggs

Curious on your thoughts since making this video and the changes that impact it. 1. 150 dex bonus moved to 300 dex; would you go to 300 dex? 2. Cyclone only hits 3 targets max now - still feel this is a top build?
Is the weaken just overcapped, skewer 44 shield rush 20 perforate 30，I m running heavy with 300con, skewer and cyclone are all on my armor, and I m running a dmg spear attu/jagged/thwating strike, feel pretty decent, but your guide Is insane, love it❤
it does cap at 50% but hey is never bad to have many incase you miss one, also some crazy ppl out there using cleansing toast, and some weapons also remove debuffs.

Question How you can craft the Items you want for your armor stets ? is their any kind of Building plans or did you have to craft hour for hour until you get what you need ?
so i crafted all the gear using Golden Scarabs methods, while that one gives the highest chance of getting what u want is also very very expensive, so what i recommend u do, dont craft anything right now, S3 is coming in 30 days, and all the gear we have now will be no good

Can someone help. Why is the gear 625gs, isn't the gearcap 700gs? I thought OPR and 3v3s only scaled to 675 and if you're 700, you get a 25 gs advantage.
IMO, stam recovery on amulet is not needed once you get comfortable with stam management. Been using spear for a while. You'll benefit more from a protection (thrust, fire, slash etc) Great vid though
Stamina recovery is very good when I'm fighting several people, and u just need to escape. a it also allows u to play aggressive, but yeah everyone got different playstyles
Yes sir, believe it or not, fs/ig because this build is very aggressive and mages can capitalize on that and hit while rushing, ice shower, spike, ice storm, pillar, fb. So mage with thrust prot is the only thing that can make us disengage. But still only good mages can do that. The average mage will get rolled by this build. And sorry for the spear situation 😅
This got recommended to me randomly. I've been playing a fair few opr recently after coming back to the game and I just get shit on all the time. Only way I can do relatively well is using a bow and keeping distance. Soon as I'm in close quarters (even with different builds, like Rapier IG bleed) I just get demolished. Now I can see why when there are crazy builds like this out there...
sheesh i was going to watch transformers and ended up watching this build vod lol.. i never really had any pvp gear because i switch around my weapons all the time so had to get used to playing with shirking heals.. after the fortify changes its just way too good.. also in medium pairing it with shirk fort takes it to another level. Trick does it make sense to do only 2 shirk fort? i always thought about doing 4 and 1 leeching cyclone
I really like fort perforate, u cab get rid of the leeping on gear and out on weapon, and add another fortification to gear. I'm planning on doing that myself.
I really like the build! But I have more of a general question about build videos. When it comes to gear, do you craft the gear or buy? I find I'm never able to craft the gear I want... maybe I'm just really unlucky lol...
It takes time to crates builds like these, it took me about a year farming the brown packages to make a build with shirking heals, but now it should be easier since u can trade the mods, for a build like this since no one knew about it no one crafted these items so the market place will not help u for the armor, I use the market for jewelry and resources and I do the crafting myself, ofc if the piece u are looking for is un the market I will always choose market as long as is a fair price ofc.
Thoughts on a kite shield? There is a named one that drops with thrust and slash ward "Immutable Resolve". Seems like since sns is util and survival it would work nicely? Let me know what your thoughts are.
By using a kite shield, u need to replace a piece of armor with a lower weight, and since u don't get the shield stats when using spear, it actually makes u weaker with the spear.
Leeching clone is better for aoe survivability, while skewer is better for single target, but if u are in a 1v2 and u hit both with skewer u win 100% due to the 44% weaken on enemies. If u have a bis piece of armor with skewer u can always use the cyclone spear, since I'm very into 1v1s I love skewer.

@@TorikuTorikutried the build w/out leeching gems in armor and solid gear at like 605gs and using cyclone/lifesteal on spear and skewer on armor -- usually solo melee in OPR is miserable but in anything less than me vs whole zerg I felt safe af haha it's so good man, loving it. I didn't see it anywhere in OPR before around the time of this video tbh then it's everywhere. and if was already established, then what's wrong with him providing an in depth guide for it when there wasn't a guide? I guess I just don't understand your point unless you are accusing him of stealing a specific person's build
I would rather have 15% slash 10% fire than 10% strike. Strike is the least amount of dmg in this game unless u get hit by a WH combo, since I'm using glass gems, u have to put 5 onyx to get that 10% my amulet is diamond nothing I can't do about that, and I want 10% fire. So yeah, I rather have an extra 5% slash than 10% strike.
@TorikuToriku bro 2 emerald and 2 moon is same as 4 onyx. The only difference is that u get free 10 strike. In ur build is the same If u go 4 onyx and 1 moon. Like I said ur missing free 10% strike. But u do u
