No is not a cheat,just a modify of the colour troops code in one file.

I stop playing this game for almost 2 years,but we can play a few match together on GameRanger if you want.

Would be great, but I cant connect to their server and i'm not able even to install this programm. Can we just play through the Multiplayer mod without that programm? (I just name the IP and that's it)

Yes we can play with ip,but we have to have a direct ip together or through lan.Like I said try installing GameRanger for playing online.I can help you with installing it.See p.m.
