I am glad you had a fun time at the show. You got a bunch of nice cards for your Burns project. I am a fan of the Diamond Stars set to. I am slowly working on it. The 51 Bowman is a beautiful set as well. It has my favorite Allie Reynolds card. The Fan Craze Duffy is a beauty. I find the logo on the back interesting. The font and image doesn’t look like something you would typically see from the period. Cool card. Take care, Terry

Hey David. Great pickups! Just wanted to say thanks for your channel. I’m older than you, but also a longtime Cubs fan who lately has been pondering ways to expand my “Cubs focused” vintage collecting. My card addition as a kid predates me being a Cubs fan, so as a result my hobby focus has largely been postwar vintage stars and HOF. But increasingly I want to make at least some of my focus more about the history of the game, rather than only being driven by modern hobby conventions. That seems to be exactly what you are doing - the content I have seen from you so far is right up my alley. Take care!

So refreshing to see one of these videos featuring RAW cards, instead of graded. Really sick of the inconsistent grading and ripoff fees that they've enacted. PSA is such a waste of time and money. GREAT "type" cards!
