Good day Simon! I love that you attended to this subject, in the spirit of Charles Poliquin coaching methods. Unfortunately, I believe that the Strength Sensei, won't likely divulge the research that Charles created with his athletes. This would likely be a good place to start to verify these structural balance scores, and methodologies...

I'd have thought dips would have upright rows as the corresponding opposite whereas chin ups and overhead pressing would be the correct corresponding exercise?

I Agree with all the things you said Simon, a question off topic, will be good lean bulking 10 kg in order to reach 75 kg since im 1.75? cause rn im 65 kg and i might not have the proper muscle mass for all the skills, ofc lean bulking while building strength with Hspu,OHP, W pull ups and more stuff

Also I was trying to do push ups similar to a planche but was getting wrist strain. Do you have a recommendation on how to avoid this problem?

Is it normal for the planche to be more difficult than the Front lever?

Yes. Very rarely do people find the planche easier.

I could hold a solid straddle planche before I could do straddle front lever, but I think I'm in the minority.
