First was the battalion chief, 2nd was the chief of the department, 3rd was deputy chief and last was the safety officer. It’s a standard response for building fires out here
In Germany there would be a 4 truck Unit (Löschzug 1 ladder(3ff) two firetrucks ( per truck 9 ff) and maybe a Transpporter with 3-7 ff) and only one higher officer ina Command vehicle thats all.
@@Caddl123Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I suspect that some agencies with large budgets buy toys and then invent uses for them after the fact. Several months ago, I drove past workers from the water department of the medium sized city I was transiting through. Flashing lights are an important safety feature for vehicles standing at worksites on or near the highway, but in this instance, the water dept utility vehicles had yellow, green and red flashing roof lights, strobe lights in the head and tail lamps, and multiple other flashing lights mounted on the bodywork. I'm sure it cost the local residents quite a bit of money, but it wouldn't seem to be a justifiable expense.
