Talented musicians are able to mimic the studio sound but it's incredibly difficult given how very different the two environments are. Especially as the song progresses, pay attention to how the violin sound stops when not being played, the shift in tempo and overall pitch. Not to mention it's just played a little slower in general - equally not uncommon to have at a show. I understand skepticism if all you ever listened to is more mainstream artists that don't produce their own stuff therefore are often unable to put out any sort of meaningful live performance.
