Struggles of a female engineer | Racheal Aye | TEDxIUEA 

As a little girl, she would open up the radio to see the little people inside reading the news. Her passion for engineering was evident and led her to pursue it at university. Unaware of the challenges she would face as a female engineering student; moreover the only one in her class, she endured the difficulties to pursue her passion. Ms. Racheal Aye is a telecommunications graduate from the International University of East Africa.
