📢What was the most difficult guitar walk up or guitar walk down from this beginner tutorial? ➡ More like this: ru-vid.com/group/PLeaRVM-30ior_n45L54uAH6xsJjxqCVcB
Are walk-up and walk-downs mainly (or only) used in the open position? By the way, I like the very clear, step by step explanation and examples. Very helpful.
I had to get the guitar out and play through a few tunes but I mainly do these with open major or minor chords. Glad you found this helpful. How's your playing coming along?
@@guitar.forbeginners.withdave Thanks for the response. I've been learning since the first of February of last year, and I think I'm doing reasonably well. Thank you for asking. I was looking through videos on the topic and I like your teaching style (at least what I have seen so far).
@@guitar.forbeginners.withdave I have very eclectic tastes. I'm partial to varied styles. I'm wanting to write songs myself, and I could see myself incorporating a lot of bits and pieces from different genres. As far as musical styles, I would have to say 60s music and Brit-Pop (I'm an American though 🙂) are near the top of my list though. What do you like?
It;s a great technique to add to your repertoire and it's one that you can use for any song as a way of spicing up your rhythm playing. I use it a lot. Ket me know how you get on!
I don't deal with C minor in this guitar lesson but if you're trying to make that change then I'd recommend using the Bm chord shape and moving it up to the 3rd fret for a C minor chord. Try this tutorial: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cXL8At4gzCU.html
