Strut Gone Bad  

First time I’ve seen this happen to a strut. Customer complained about the ride being hard/bouncy usually a strut locks up all the way up this one just sank and would stay there. I Forgot to take a picture of it when it was done but you can get an idea where it supposed to sit from the other side.
