Stryker to attack the X-Mansion | X-Men 2 

It's because the idea of helping Logan was plausible for both parts, since Colossus is a fking powerhouse and would be a great addition to help take the striker forces out, but Logan thought about the greater good, which is the safety of the kids, and since there was no one to take care of them, Colossus didn't hesitate to help them (he was like "yeah, I didn't thought about that, I should help them"). Also, Colossus must have taken into account that Logan himself is a goddamn monster that could take care of himself, which might have contributed

I kinda seen it in a deadpool kind of mentality, "I can help you!", "Help them.... We blew our CGI and Special Effects budget on Night Crawler attacking the President, and your two seconds of body change just put us over it, get out of here before we have to spend MORE." , "Right, Right, sorry." I mean, look how awesome he looked in this movie and then how half assed they did it in X3 :(

For me Logan told colossus to protect the kids because he Knew THEY are what mattered, Logan had those bastards handled just fine. Theirs nothing they have he can’t take. They can empty their entire clips into him and Logan will just keep coming pissed off. It’s the kids that need protecting

Yeah the scene works great as Logan technically is working with Colossus he gives Colossus the argumentatively more important job like yes clearing the mansion is important but kids life come first and wolverine is basically telling Colossus that. If the scene had been Logan telling him to go hide with the others it would be different it would seem Logan doesn’t need or trust help but by telling him to protect it all but shows he trust him as much as he trust himself

@@diablojim They messed up the timelines. Cyclops,Jean and Storm should be in their 40s to 50s in these movies since they were pretty much adults in X-men Dark Phoenix and it was set in the early 90s i believe.

Basically most of them would've been lethal. If Siryn learned to control the full extent of her power, she alone would've burst the assailants eardrums and kill them in the process. There's no point discussing others such as Iceman, Pyro, Jubilee, etc.

Siryn's sonic screech reminds me of Sindel from Mortal Kombat 3.

This is one of the few movies where the sequel is better. However, X-Men: The Last Stand only proved that sequels being better is the exception, not the rule.

@@danielobrian5675 To be fair Last Stand is a Trequel, and those usually suck. Spider-Man 3, Superman 3, Blade Trinity, Batman Forever (kinda. It's not as bad as Batman & Robin at least), Iron Man 3... Only Trequels that broke this chain really are Civil War, Ragnarok, Guardians 3, Infinity War and No Way Home.

They tried going too many routes while introducing more supporting characters that they could keep pace with ( Juggernaut, Angel, The Morlocks, etc.) and ended up nearly butchering the franchise. And these versions of the characters were not even consistent with their comic books counterparts. I know movies were supposed to be an adaptation but there's no way around it. These 'new' characters sucked. The premise also kept alternating between the cure and The Dark Phoenix while never establishing the point of origin behind both. It was all action packed with little to no storylines. The CGI was also cheap and all promises of epic character clashes such as Colossus vs Juggernaut or an extended Iceman vs Pyro never surfaced. This was also a perfect opportunity to do something with Rogue and Cyclops' character developments yet this movie was conveniently centered all around Wolverine again. Shall I go on? Sorry for the rant. I've stopped watching superhero movies for the sole reason that they're way too steeped in the political spectrums and tainted with political ideologies. I don't know we can both agree on that but anything else is spot on.

his healing factor would neutralise any pathogens in the blood. He does that a lot so he probably has the memory cells to quickly dispatch those nasty diseases
