What a great interviewer Ugo is, Stuart Hogg's honesty is spellbinding, his "Selfish to be Selfless" really sums it up, A man who brought a different standard to Scottish rugby
Top bloke. Gutted no more Hoggy playing for Scotland but we have to respect his decision ... Blair and co will step in and be just fine. The shirt moves on ...
Aged like milk. How can he sit there and mention his son and thats why he quit then abandon his whole family? Used to love watching this guy but he's shown and proven to be a liar and cheat.
@@jglp892 that he was unfaithful to his wife. That’s another factor in retiring. Which obviously he’s keeping from the public because no one would believe he would be unfaithful.
Completely agree, there’s an evidence trail starting to emerge from it all too. He’s covered it up nicely but I don’t appreciate all the lies to us. He’s no longer with his wife, and they’ve deleted all evidence of eachother..
I thought that the questions were worded to gain the same answers over and over again. I would have liked more depth and more honesty. Hogg is a character and I would say that the interview lacked a certain character. Good on him though, never easy walking away.
Hogg's been a tremendous player for Scotland, Glasgow, Exeter and rugby as an ambassador of the game. With his comments on how he felt in camp after losing/giving up the captaincy, it feels like he thought the captaincy would reignite his love for the game but it just didn't. He's also changed in his priorities with family becoming more important than ever while being on a decline with his love for the game. I wish him all the best in his future endeavours. Thanks for the memories Stuart.
@@Tip_Top rumours of his behaviour hadn't circulated as of yet so anything I've said previous to those rumours were said without knowledge of the man's character anymore than any other fan. 😂
