Thank you so much for this review!! I just received these in the mail. Based on your detailed video I ordered a size 5 I’m 4ft 10in. I am normally a 5 in woman’s shoes. I wear a 3 in converse. The information you gave regarding the measurements on the sole width was spot on. I couldve gone with a 4 1/2 I’m very happy that they come to my lower thigh! I was super nervous waiting to see if they would fit properly. I’m one very happy lady! xoxo

Fingers cross my 8 1/2 fits. I like thick socks. I have the worse Vascular system. My feet and hands are always so cold. Sometimes I double up on socks. So lucky you can wear in socks. I always suggest to wear wool cotton blend socks. They keep the feet warm and wick away moisture.

Thank you for watching! The highland are more difficult to get off. The 5050 are easy after a few tries but the highland can still be a bit tricky! Both are much easier with practice, though :)
I find the highland super easy to get off but I have very skinny legs - they sometimes even fall slightly on me and I have to constantly tie the bows tight!. I guess it depends on your calf size really. But definitely roll over and take off!! Xx
Thank you! I would but I think my grey jeans are the lightest I own! I wear a lot of black and dark denim. I like these with black though because they make my legs look long, it just doesn't show up well on the camera:) I'm excited to try them with tights or with bare legs and dresses once it gets warmer!

FYI...saks off fifth has an excellent selection of SW boots for $299.99 (plus additional 25% off this past presidents' day weekend). i bought a pair of langdon for myself and the mainline hidden wedge for my daughter - such great deals! they are made in spain and the suede is very soft and fine. i was wondering if you know the difference between the langdon and the 50/50. the things i noticed is that the sole/heel are smooth and not grooved with "stuart" & "weitzman." also, there is a small gold "sw" insignia @ the left knee (kinda tacky IMHO). the mainline do not have it. it says they retail for $695 and they came with dustbags. do you think they have a second quality product that they sell through outlets? anyway, i am 5'-4" and got size 7. i am typically between 7 and 7.5. they hit me just above the knee. i think you're right about your shoe size being too small for your height. you are blessed with small feet!
